I always ask for a prior year tax return, corporate or business documents, a copy of your business EIN, and if available, the most current income statement and balance sheet. If the income statement and balance sheet is not available, the next best thing(s) would be a current bank statement, business loan statement and business credit card statement (if any), and as many receipts as possible.

We can be hired by the hour, or on monthly retainer. Hourly rate starts at $100 per hour, and $25 per 10 minute phone call.
